With three decades of professional experience, Daniel Patanchon is a versatile Argentine musician, composer, and educator. Born in Santiago del Estero and built on the vibrant Buenos Aires music scene, his style blends Argentine folk roots with jazz, tango, and rock influences, performing with equal fluency on both electric/nylon guitar and bass.

International Stage & Cruise Productions

He currently performs internationally as a cast musician and performer in Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) mainstage theater productions, playing diverse musical styles for audiences around the world.

Folk Roots, Solo Career & Collaborations

Throughout his career, he spent a decade touring extensively across Argentina and internationally as part of the bands of two of his province’s greatest folk figures, Horacio Banegas and Peteco Carabajal. As a solo singer-songwriter, he has released 6 albums, and his compositions have been recorded by prominent artists. His work as an arranger and session musician also includes high-profile projects such as La Bruja Salguero’s Gardel Award-winning album Norte.
